Born in Wolverhampton in 1970, Tony left school with "A" levels in Art and Design and at 17 decided to join his father's company so as to fund his passion for painting. He found his way in surveying until he was 26, when he decided to push to become a full-time artist. Over the next few years, working on a freelance basis, his painting took priority until he landed his first publishing deal. As Tony says: "From then until now, my passion for fine art has burnt ever stronger and I now consider myself blessed to be able to create original works every day. Having experimented with different styles, media and subjects, I now find that my paintings are best suited to oils on both wood panels and canvas onto which I create memory-evoking paintings of yesteryear."
